Pinot Noir is responsible for some of the world’s greatest wines. It is a hauntingly expressive, delicately powerful grape. Of course it deserves it’s own Zócalo Wine Class. So here we go; let’s get to know Pinot Noir. We’ll be tasting though Pinot Noir from Burgundy, Oregon, California and New Zealand. Discussions will swirl around the fabulous fruit’s terroir, and its expression from those beautiful places. An interesting class indeed as we will taste great wine and learn about the wonders of Pinot Noir.
